Okla
The Okla, meaning people, Scholarship was established in 2019 and is the result of donations given to the Chahta Foundation. This competitive scholarship is to be awarded to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in the fields of art history, anthropology, or museum studies. The Okla Scholarship is a $2,000 scholarship awarded at $1,000 per Fall and Spring semester while the recipient is attending an accredited institution. Applicant requirements
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Undergraduate or graduate degree program
- One of the following degree plans:
- Art history
- Anthropology
- Museum studies
