Okchaya

The Okchaya Scholarship was established in 2025 and is the result of donations given to the Chahta Foundation. This competitive scholarship is to be awarded to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in the fields of environmental science, agriculture, or horticulture. The Okchaya Scholarship is a $2,000 scholarship awarded at $1,000 per Fall and Spring semester while the recipient is attending an accredited institution.
