KCOA

The Kiamichi Commissioned Officers Association (KCOA) Education for the Future Scholarship was established in 2018 and is the result of donations given to the Chahta Foundation by Kiamichi Commissioned Officers Association. This competitive scholarship is to be awarded to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma students who are graduating high school within the 10.5 counties of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and will be pursuing a degree in a health care-related field. The KCOA Education for the Future Scholarship is a $1,500 scholarship awarded at $750 per Fall and Spring semester while the recipient is attending an accredited 2-year program or 4-year program institution. Full eligibility requirements can be found in the guidelines.
