Brian W. Stevens Acuna Memorial

The Brian W. Stevens Acuna Memorial Scholarship was established in 2021 and is the result of donations given to the Chahta Foundation in memory of Brian Wesley Stevens Acuna with the hope that this scholarship will help fellow tribal members reach their educational goals regardless of what they may be. This competitive scholarship is to be awarded to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma students who are non-traditional students returning to college after five years. The Brian W. Stevens Acuna Memorial Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded at $250 per Fall and Spring semester while the recipient is attending an accredited vocational/technical, 2-year program, or 4-year program institution. Full eligibility requirements can be found in the guidelines.
