Gary and Angie Batton Legacy

The Gary and Angie Batton Legacy Scholarship was established in 2021 and is the result of donations given to the Chahta Foundation by Gary and Angie Batton. This competitive scholarship is to be awarded to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma students who are juniors or seniors and who are accepted into or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree plan in the fields of accounting, finance, information technology, counseling, social work, or behavioral health. The Gary and Angie Batton Legacy Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship awarded at $500 per Fall and Spring semester while the recipient is enrolled in an accredited 4-year program institution.
